The State as
State Intrusion into the Sanctity and Privacy of the Family

to distance them from the subversive, varied influences of their families,

Father in Care Case Faces Protest Charge (17 May 2018)
"The story first started in 2010 when Mr Lukjanenko's son, 'J', as we must call him, was taken into care for the first time. His father, who is a single parent, left his son, 8 at the time, home alone. 'J' got into some trouble with a neighbour's son ... The fire brigade attended ... It then emerged Mr Lukjanenko had left 'J' alone in the house. Rather than warn Mr Lukjanenko not to leave his son alone gain, Medway Council took his son away. There is little evidence the Council tried to keep this family together. That is what social workers are supposed to do, except in the most extreme cases of abuse or neglect..."
Eugene Lukjanenko is Out of Prison (05 April 2018)
"Dear friends! Thank you so much for your ongoing support! I was released on the 23rd of March. ... I would commend highly Elmley prison officials who did their best to facilitate my son visiting me in prison and negotiating with Medway. So prison officials act as human rights protectors, they simply could not understand why I was imprisoned. I need to be confidential as the process is not finished yet. You know me and my son's aim is to be reunited..."

The boy's grandfather was a survivor from the Jewish death camps "this was causing emotional harm to the child, and also that the father had experienced anti-semitic treatment while he was in Eastern Europe aswell, so this was causing a problem for the child, therefore Eugene was an unfit father and the child had to be removed from him. This is the most unbelievable piece of child stealing by the State ... Medway Council's case: '[the son] has difficulties in being able to say, talk or highlight anything negative about Mr. Lukjanenko.'..."
Hero Dad Eugene Lukjanenko Near Death in HM Prison Elmley (23 January 2018)
"Prisoner A6309EC was unjustly imprisoned for eight months by a 'family' court judge in November last year, for the 'crime' of contempt of court (yes, that would be the same court that kidnapped the hero father's son) ... 'Family' Courts regularly break the law and get away with it, or make up the law as they go along, because the secrecy of 'family' courts means that judges', lawyers', police officers' and social workers' dirty deeds are extremely unlikely to be the subject of proper public scrutiny. But hero dad Eugene Lukjanenko used social media to get his message across to a wider public, despite all the powers of the State tyranny deployed against him. That's what got him jailed: telling the truth to the public about the serious corruption and depravity of the 'family' court system..."
Family Court Judge Must Explain Why Pianist Jailed (20 January 2018)
"Former Liberal Democrat MP John Hemming says the man is on hunger strike in a prison hospital after being jailed for contempt of court by a family court judge late last year. ... The man, who was living in Kent, has been embroiled in a long-running family court dispute with social services at Medway Council over the care of his teenage son. Detail of the dispute has emerged in rulings published on legal websites in recent years following private family court hearings..."

"The argument successfully given by Medway Council's Children's Services was that Mr. Lukjanenko was not a fit father, and the was risk of 'future emotional harm' of Mr. Lukjanenko's son, because, before Mr. Lukjanenko's own birth, Mr. Lukjanenko senior - the boy's grandfather - had been a Jewish victim of the holocaust, and Medway Council's case was that the boy had nothing bad to say about his father, and therefore it must be an abusive father/son relationship..."
Eugene Lukjanenko is in Prison (02 December 2017)
"Eugene is a loving father trying to do a good job of raising his son and his 'reward' is eight months of prison in England ... Mr. Lukjanenko cannot live comfortably after his son was stolen from him by the British S.S. (Social Services). It is an amazing though not uncommon story these days..."

Come, let us unite and rescue all children who are taken away from their family. 'Show thy marvellous lovingkindness, O thou that savest by thy right hand them which put their trust in thee from those that rise up against them' (Psalm 17:7). Justice for Andreea S.B., Camelia S., Hermina N., Claudia R., Andreea A.C., Dina S., Baby Santiago, Eugene L., Olga C. 'How long O LORD' (Psalm 13). Stories Being Tracked: Interview on American Freedom Radio (21 September 2016)
"Eugene is unwavering in his attempt to see his son. He has made the simple request that he be allowed to see his son once a week and continues to be told he can only see his son four times a year. ... Despite warnings from the child's GP about the detrimental impact that removing this child from his father's care would have on the child, Eugene's son is still being held in foster care against his wishes and in violation of his human rights as a child to live with his father. The child has been told that he cannot go home again until he is 18 and that he can only see his father for 6 hours a year. This boy is not permitted to either phone his father or to communicate with him by letter and is under 24 hours supervision to prevent his reunion with his father..."

YOUTUBE: Forced Adoption UK (30 October 2015) [Please note that the sound disappears periodically.]
"Great Britain is one of two European countries where 'forced adoption' takes place, whereby a child's biological parents are given no say in the decision to give up their offspring. The stated motive for the practice is putting the child's interests first, but opponents insist that social workers often abuse their powers simply to meet targets. Human rights activists have raised concerns about the fairness of the system. They believe child protection services often act on false allegations and operate under vague definitions of child abuse to forcibly remove children from their natural parents. Many families have had to flee the country just to keep their kids."
Is Gay [sic] Adoption Wrong? The Children Say Yes (26 November 2017)
"Social services and judges in our society commend gay [sic] adoption as a matter of gay [sic] rights and not as a response to children's needs. Social services, so reluctant to remove Elsie from Scully-Hicks, did not hesitate in the case of a Christian heterosexual couple, Vincent and Pauline Matherick, who had fostered 28 children. Officials took from them an 11-year-old boy they were fostering because they refused to teach him about homosexuality. But in Elsie's case, social workers were terrified of questioning the dominant orthodoxy that same-sex couples make equally good or better parents. This myth is based on 'fake research'..."
Cultural Marxism That Cost Elsie Her Life (09 November 2017)
"Of course, no lessons will be learned from the avoidable death of 18-month-old Elsie, because the lessons that need to be learned conflict with the politically correct beliefs which dominate the social work profession, the media and the political class..."
The Disturbing Questions Raised By Poor Little Elsie (09 November 2017)
"Most couples are warned that it is unlikely that they will be able to adopt a baby of Elsie's age, as tends to be the preference. Adopting a baby is hard and yet Matthew Scully-Hicks managed it with ease. Could this be because he was fast-tracked and, if so, why? ... What the Serious Case review ought to look at is why, months after Elsie had begun to exhibit a series of injuries, the social worker who visited didn't see fit to do any sort of follow-up or checks..."
"In a piece looking at whether 'political correctness' played a role in the toddler's death, newspaper columnist Sarah Vine cited a whistleblower at Elsie's local child protection services, with 30 years' social work experience, who suggested that the 'Scully-Hickses may not have been vigorously vetted or challenged about Elsie's injuries because it seemed such an attractive idea to place the child with a gay [sic] couple'."
Adoption Should Be Colour-Blind Not Culture-Blind (03 September 2017)
"It is racial discrimination to treat race as a primary factor in adoption. It is not religious discrimination to treat religion as a primary factor in adoption. One should never discriminate on the basis of race. One should discriminate on the basis of religion - at least in some areas. By discriminate, I don't mean being prejudiced against someone, I simply mean recognising a category distinction..."
The Multicultural Adoption Case (01 September 2017)
"It is the foster carers who appear to be most at fault in this case for their lack of respect for the girl's Christian heritage such as it is. They appear to have clearly breached requirements to respect the religion of the child in their care. Questions should also be raised about how they were ever approved to be foster parents in the first place. Christians have been barred from fostering or adopting for their ethical views. One wonders how these Muslim carers were approved given the disrespect they appear to have shown for Christian practices."

Courts Told Never to Ban Media After Tower Hamlets Foster Case (£) (31 August 2017)
"Courts were ordered never to ban the media from their buildings yesterday after journalists covering the case of a Christian girl fostered by a Muslim family were refused entry. Security staff were told to bar reporters from the East London family court the day after the judge in the case praised The Times for acting responsibly in raising 'very concerning maters' of 'legitimate public interest'. ... The banning of reporters from the court building yesterday led to concerns about the lack of transparency in the family courts, which have far-reaching powers..."
"A judge has ordered a Christian child placed in a conservative Muslim household to be rehomed with her family, as it is revealed the local authority involved attempted to block journalists from exposing the story. PRAISE GOD! Judge Rules Child Must Leave Muslim Foster Home (£) (30 August 2017)
"A girl at the centre of a care dispute was removed from her Muslim foster parents yesterday and reunited with her family as a judge urged councils to seek 'culturally matched placements' for vulnerable children. The five-year-old, a native English speaker from a Christian family, was taken to her grandmother's home after a court ruled that she should not remain in the placement organised by the London borough of Tower Hamlets..."

Tower Hamlets Council Under Fire for Fostering Christian Girl with Muslims (£) (29 August 2017)
A council that placed a [Christian] child with a [Muslim] foster family ... is to be forced by the children's commissioner to explain its decision..."
The child's "family has spent the past six months pleading with the council - which has previously been accused of corruption and favouring Muslim interests - to allow the girl to be cared for by family or friends. ... Anne Longfield, the children's commissioner for England, questioned the council's decision and said that her office would contact the director of children's services at Tower Hamlets. ... The council was also accused of fostering tribal divisions and identity politics, frequently rewarding Muslim organisations with resources in return for their support."
"A council that forced a Christian child to live with conservative Muslim foster carers has blocked a number of attempts to move her to families where she would feel more at home. ... The east London council has most recently opposed attempts to place the child into the temporary care of her grandmother. ... Tower Hamlets has refused to respond to requests from The Times to explain why it has twice chosen to place the girl in an environment that is wholly alien to her heritage and upbringing."
The Infidel Foster Carers of Tower Hamlets (28 August 2017)
"The BBC and the Guardian are carrying out many hours of investigative journalism into the horrendous story of a five year-old Muslim girl forcibly removed from her family by a BNP controlled council, and subsequently placed in the care of a fundamentalist Christian family who spoke no Urdu and who encouraged the girl to hate all aspects of her own culture and religion. If the above paragraph were true, I think we could guarantee the left-lib MSM would be having a field day over it, but alas it is not true. The real story here is of a five year-old English, Christian girl removed from her mother by Tower Hamlets council and placed with a Muslim family ... This travesty of social, moral and cultural justice was broken by the Times and thus far has been resolutely ignored by those caring and compassionate liberals within the BBC and Guardian..."
"Even for Tower Hamlets, now routinely referred to as 'the scandal-ridden borough of Tower Hamlets, this latest failure of care is beyond the pale. ... If [Tower Hamlets] Children's Services are incapable of looking after a five-year-old child who is completely dependent on those legally charged with protecting her then control of Children's service should be taken away from Tower Hamlets Council and handed over to Commissioners from the Dept for Communities and Local Government. ... A Muslim child has the right to be fostered with a family that respects the child's faith and upbringing. A Christian child has the right to be fostered with a family that respects that child's faith and upbringing. This is basic stuff. No qualifications required to work this out. ... How many more of our children have woken up this morning in an alien or unsafe environment..."

Christian Child Forced into Muslim Foster Care (£) (28 August 2017)

The foster placements were made, against the wishes of the girl's family, by the scandal-ridden borough of Tower Hamlets..."
"The Ofsted report is so unremittingly bleak and damning that it is not possible to accurately summarise its conclusions of fact or implications for the future of the Borough. The report is only 34 pages long and we would urge residents to read it for themselves. ... Please note the names listed here: approximately 27 Muslims and approximately 19 Politically Correct Dhimmis. "Children's Commissioner, Anne Longfield, promotes and protects the rights of children, especially the most vulnerable, and stands up for their views and interests. ... "A seven-year-old boy has been removed from his mother's care by the high court, after he was found to be suffering from 'significant emotional harm' due to his mother raising him as a girl. The judge in the case slammed social services who had simply accepted that the boy should be treated as a girl. ... Justice Hayden said 'flares of concern' for the boy's wellbeing had been raised by a 'whole raft of multi-disciplinary agencies', and that he couldn't understand why social services had 'disregarded so summarily' those concerns..."
"Social workers let a mother raise her young son as a girl because they were in thrall to 'transgender equality'. ... a judge accused the boy's social workers of naivety and professional arrogance ... 'the boy could have been spared a great deal of emotional harm' ... Since being placed with the father and his partner, the boy is happier, but remains affected by his confused early life..."
Children Seized From Parents For 'Christian Indoctrination' (02 December 2015)
"[T]he Barnevernet [Norway's social services] took the two oldest children out of school without their parents' knowledge to an undisclosed location. Officials and police then visited the family home, where, apparently without any documentation, they seized [Marius and Ruth Bodnariu's] two sons and arrested Ruth - whom they took to the police station along with baby Ezekiel. Marius was arrested while he was at work and also taken into custody..."
"[A] family judge criticised the man's 'rigid and inflexible thinking'. ... [The judgement] added that both parents had been 'uncooperative and obstructive' with professionals. ... [W]hen the mother fell pregnant again, she tried to conceal her pregnancy so they would not flag up on social services' radar. Despite the mother arranging to give birth at a hospital in a different area, their attempt to conceal the birth failed. The little girl - known as E - was then taken from them under a police protection order..."
Sick Child Can Go Home, Rules Judge (26 September 2015)
"[This is] one of the most shocking stories I have ever reported. ... the local authority seemed so determined not to admit that a mistake had been made that last week it was asking for yet another court hearing, lasting several weeks, which could not be until next April. ... Last Thursday, however, in a miraculous victory for common sense, Judge Bromilow finally cut through the ever more tangled legal nightmare surrounding the case, by ordering that the girl be returned to the care of her mother, for much the reasons that those close to the family have been vainly trying to argue all along..."
Child's Health 'In Care' Gets Even Worse (19 September 2015)
"Although for more than two years before last December [this girl] had never needed an admission to hospital, in recent months she has been rushed to various hospitals more than 15 times. Meanwhile, legal wrangles as to whether she should be allowed to return home to a specially equipped flat prepared by her father have endlessly dragged on. ... I gather even the doctors are now discussing whether the girl can survive..."
A Dreadful Legal Farce Puts Child's Life in Peril (05 September 2015)
"Last month, as I reported, a new judge seemed disposed to rule that the child be returned to love with her mother in a new, specially adapted flat ... But I understand that the social workers do not accept this position..."
"One of the consolations of writing on the endless travesties of justice perpetrated buy our 'child protection' system is that I can occasionally bring good news on some case I have previously reported. Another ... is the contact I have with some of those wonderful and remarkable people who tirelessly keep me posted on dreadful stories unfolding behind the scenes..."
"I have lately been following the story of a girl even more seriously disabled than Jonas [see here], who for 14 years was similarly looked after by her equally devoted and expert mother. She had learnt exactly how to communicate with her daughter, to ascertain her very complex physical and emotional needs. ... Last autumn, when the girl was admitted to one of our leading children's hospitals, the mother tried to advise the medical staff on how to communicate with her daughter ... This provoked such resentment that the staff accused her ... falsely ... of having given her daughter a drug. The police and Somerset social services were called in..."
"A social worker said the nature of the values and beliefs of the EDL were 'immoral'. ... Sir James [Munby] said the concerns [of the social services] were 'quite extraordinary.' He said the council had 'conspicuously' failed to show that the toddler would be at risk of harm or neglect in the care of his father. ... 'Darlington's director of social services are not guardians of morality' said Sir James..."
Why Don't the Family Courts Obey the Law? (14 February 2015)
"A woman in Wales, after being made pregnant from a rape, lived for some time with the father, who continued to treat her so violently that she eventually fled with her son to a woman's refuge. They then began living happily with a new partner by whom she had two more sons. Because of her past involvement in violence, however, Denbighshire social workers intervened to say that, unless she handed over her oldest son to his father, they would also remove her other two boys. She had no choice but to obey. When the middle son was two, his mother took him to her doctor to look at a small bruise..."
That 'Sinister Court' Mocks Justice Again (31 January 2015)
"[J]ust how disturbing the workings of [the] all-powerful [Court of Protection] have become has again lately been highlighted by two more cases, which in many respects were strikingly similar. Each of them involved the forced removal of an old man into 'care' by social workers from Essex County Council, which was empowered by the Court of Protection to take complete charge of his life..."
"It is hard to imagine a more depressing and inexcusable state of affairs. A defenceless 91 year old gentleman in the final years of his life was removed from his home of 50 years and detained in a locked dementia unit against his wishes. Had it not been for the alarm raised by his friend RF he may have been condemned to remain there for the remainder of his days. There can be no doubt that ECC's practice was substandard. They failed to recognise the weakness of their own case and the strength of the case against them. They appeared unprepared to countenance any view contrary to their own..."
"A mother and her 11-year-old son were separated on the orders of a judge who refused to listen to their pleas to live together, an appeal ruling found today. ... Judge Dodds took the decision to break up the family forever on the basis of an out-of-date report by social workers. He refused to listen to crucial facts of the case - dismissing them as 'Victorian detail'..."
The Most Sinister Court in Britain Strikes Yet Again (03 January 2015)
"It was appropriate that 2014 should end as it began, with two stories exposing more disturbingly than ever the shadowy workings of the most sinister and secretive court in our judicial system. ... Last week it was the case, which I reported here in June, of Kathleen Danby, a 72-year-old grandmother, who was finally arrested in a Liverpool theatre after the Court of Protection had sentenced her, in her absence, to three months in prison, for hugging her granddaughter..."
"many will have been amazed by the story of Kathleen Danby, the 72-year-old grandmother given a three-month prison sentence after police produced CCTV footage showing her and her 18-year-old granddaughter running to embrace in a pub car park. The granny, who lives in Orkney, had travelled down to Derby to meet her beloved young relation in defiance of a 2007 court order, which has allowed them only to have 'supervised contact' by telephone once a month..."
Three Months Imprisonment for Seeing Your Grand-Daughter (05 June 2014)
"I know that for many of my regular contributors, the issue of commitals to prison for breaches of Court order are an emotive topic, and one can't help but compare this sort of sentence with the sheets of criminal antecedents I regularly see where repeat offenders have convictions for burglary, theft, assaults, breaches of the peace, etc stretching to seven pages without spending any time at Her Majesty's pleasure..."
"On 24th February B was escorted to the bank by her registered care worker, Mrs D. ... On the way there B said she would like to speak to her father on the telephone, although she knew that she was having one call on a supervised basis on a loudspeaker call once a month and she was not due such a call. ... B gave her the slip and she was missing for many hours ... she had some plan to meet her grandmother..."
A Disturbing Case of Child Removal That You Can't Read About (28 June 2014)
"Circulating the internet has been a harrowing, two-hour recording of a Scottish family waiting for social workers and police to arrive to take two small children into care. Mostly we hear the father trying to talk calmly and reassuringly to his sons, who are chatting cheerily about how they want 'to go to the beach', although they all know that is going to happen. Finally, the social workers enter, saying they have an 'emergency protection order' to remove the children, because of their 'concern' that the family might leave the country. The children are heard crying as they are carried away. ... [this story] had for years been widely reported in Scotland as one of the most bizarre examples of over-reacting social workers imaginable. Even now there is no allegation that the parents had harmed their children in any way. The local community is said to be outraged at what has happened..."
"The social workers [Neil Swaby, Rachel Olley and Peter Nelson] were named under new guidance for the family courts intended to open up the habitually secret workings of lawyers, experts and social workers who decide on the future of children in the state care system. The most senior family judge, President of the Family Division Sir James Munby, has ordered that social workers and medical experts in family courts should be named in the same way as witnesses in other courts..."
"Judge Simon Jack said [the social workers] had been 'visibly biased' and, as a result, the council's case 'severely undermined'. ... Speaking to the Today programme, one of the sets of grandparents said they challenged the authority ... they asked Mr Swaby: 'Who do you think you are - God?' They said he replied: 'In this situation, yes. Get used to it, your grandson will go for adoption.'..."
JUDGE JACK: "The Local Authority were seeking originally a final care order with a view to placement for adoption in relation to J. ... The local authority effectively ruled out both sets of grandparents. ... Having heard the evidence of [social workers] Neil Swaby and Rachel Olley I took the view, ... their concerns appeared to be grossly overstated in order to try to achieve their ends. ... [T]he local authority's witnesses were visibly biased in their attempts to support the local authority's case. ... [I]t was incumbent upon the local authority, rather than seeking to place J for adoption, to seek to support a placement within the family so as to give J all the benefits which flow from remaining within his birth family and growing up knowing who he is..."
'Baby With No Name' Judge Defends the Biased System (13 December 2014)
"When Lord Justice Ryder heard the parents' appeal, he eventually, after eight weeks, came up with the judgement that surprised many of those present through the hearing. ... [He] upheld the current system in a way that will have won plaudits from social workers and family lawyers across the land..."
The Real Story of the 'Baby With No Name' (31 May 2014)
"Ten years ago, [a young woman] had a child with a man who left her. Her difficulties in coping on her own drew the attention of social services and the baby was given to the father. When eventually she met her present Hindu partner and had a second child, Hertfordshire social workers won a supervision order to ensure that her new son was being properly cared for. But the Indian father, ... could not hide his [perfectly understandable] increasing impatience at the constant intrusion of social workers into his family's life, to the point where they applied to take the boy into care. A judge accepted that the child was 'thriving' but ruled that, because of the father's 'hostility' to the social workers, the boy should go into foster care..."
If 'Emotional Abuse' Is To Be a Crime, Who Is Guilty Here? (12 April 2014)
"Each time I investigate a new instance of how crazily our 'child protection' system has gone off the rails, I wonder how any story could be as bad. ... [In the instance reported in this article] the mother believes that she made only two serious mistakes: first by contacting the police [when her partner hit her], which got the social workers involved in the first place; second, by making [some] casual remarks, which were so grievously misinterpreted, causing her to be sent to prison..."
VIDEO: Twins Returned to Family After 32 Months of Hell Spent in 'Care' (23 November 2014)
"Anyone wishing to see just how shocking the behaviour of our 'child protection' system can be should watch an utterly chilling video on YouTube (see below: Kidnap of children from their mother by Dutch social services...'). It shows 11-year-old twins screaming in protest as they are seized by social workers and carried off by a mob of policemen, from the loving home they have now not seen for nearly three years..."
MEPs Must Investigate This Child-Snatching Scandal (22 March 2014)
"Social workers who take away children is one of the most disturbing human rights scandals of our time. Last June, ... Dutch Social Workers Catch the English Disease (01 June 2013)
"When it comes to social workers ripping families apart for no good reason, it seems the English disease is spreading. I have lately been following a bizarre case involving the kidnapping by Dutch social workers of two 10-year-old twins from a Russian-speaking Latvian family long resident in Holland. Pretty well everything about this case echoes what goes on behind closed doors in England:..."
Middle-Class Couple Tell of 'Police State' Treatment (17 January 2015)

"Miss Rich was attacked near her home in Grays, Essex, when she was six months pregnant, but fortunately her baby was not harmed. But [after the birth] birth, social workers would not let the couple take [the baby] home in case [EMcD emphasis] they were targeted again and said she would be taken away if they did not find somewhere else to live. ... [The couple] struggled to find somewhere and over the following weeks, the council placed them in a refuge and B&Bs across the country. ... A month later, the couple were taken to court with just one day's notice, where they were told Misty would be taken into temporary care because of their chaotic lifestyle - which they say was caused entirely by social workers..."

Another Couple Flee to France Only to Have Their Baby Taken Away (09 November 2013)
"A ... couple fearful that social workers might seize their first child at birth, ... on the grounds that the mother had previously been in an abusive relationship, set off to start a new life in France. A few days ago their baby was born in a French hospital, by caesarean section, and given a French birth certificate. The next day, the mother returned from a shower, ... to find her room filled with 10 French policemen and her baby gone. The policemen were holding a piece of paper indicating that they had been sent by Interpol, at the instigation of the British authorities, to remove the child on the grounds that the mother was a dangerous woman who might [Bayith emphasis] harm her baby..."
Medical Error Rips Yet Another Family Apart Forever (11 October 2015)
"The Today programme's Jim Naughtie may have described as 'very unusual' the tragic case of Karrissa Cox and Richard Carter, the distraught parents accused of injuring their son, who was therefore sent for adoption, before a criminal court found that the cause of the boy's injuries was 'metaphyseal fractures' due to a Vitamin D deficiency. Had Naughtie been better briefed, however, he might have known that this was only the latest of many similar travesties of justice centred on what has long been as contentious an issue as any in our court system..."
"'We took our child to the hospital seeking help and they stole our baby from us.'..."
PETITION: Unite This Innocent Family and Amend the Law (09 October 2015)
"Dear Prime Minister, ... This innocent couple have been deprived of their basic right to be parents on their biological kid without any mistake of their own. This has been mainly due to [a] flaw in our own system. ... We want the below actions to be taken: (1) We all want [to] make sure that the couple ... be united with their child; (2) We want to amend the adoption law so that until a case is decided, the baby shouldn't be adopted; (3) We should fast track these cases so that the baby shouldn't be in the care for [a] long time. Thank you"
'We Will Fight To Our Last Breath' (08/09 October 2015)
"The couple ... had taken the youngster to be seen by doctors at Royal Surrey County Hospital after discovering bleeding in the mouth following a feed. ... The pair say their only child was effectively 'stolen' from them by the authorities and have vowed to try to reverse the adoption but have been told adoption decisions are almost impossible to overturn. Lawyers said their three-year nightmare highlighted the risks of the Government's drive to increase adoptions and speed up family court cases..."
How Social Services Took Away A Couple's Baby And Ruined Their Lives (08 October 2015)
"Despite being cleared of abuse charges, Karrissa Cox and Richard Carter cannot have their child back because that's how system works. ... Since they are not guilty of any mistreatment, why should they be deprived of their own [EMcD note: God-given] baby?..."
Out to Seize Their Children, Courts Hound a Reformed Family (19 October 2013)
"Thanks to [these] parents [previous] use of cocaine, and the fact that their home was a tip (mainly because [the mother] had been in hospital), the social workers removed their two young sons and put them into the care of a strict Muslim family. ... Their shocked parents began dramatically reforming their lifestyle. But when the wife last year produced a daughter, there was talk of sending the boys for adoption and seizing the baby, too..."
Lord Justice Munby Probes 'Court Secrecy' (21 December 2013)
"[A] very important judgment ... by Lord Justice Munby, now head of our family courts ... of the pregnant Italian mother, Alessandra Pacchieri, ... takes further than ever before his crusade to meet the growing criticism of our dysfunctional 'child protection' system by exposing it to 'the glare of publicity'. His most trenchant passage answers all those legal bloggers who rushed to criticise me and others of our coverage of this disturbing story by asking..."
A Sick Mum, Secret Courts and Brutality Beyond Belief (07 December 2013)
"What sort of country locks up a pregnant mother with a mental illness, cuts the baby from her womb against her will and hands it over to the State - all under an enforced veil of secrecy? A third world banana republic? A totalitarian dictatorship? No. Modern Britain..."
"The newborn was taken into state care on the orders of a judge in the notoriously secretive Court of Protection - despite the mother's pleas to be allowed to raise her. The case provoked a wave of anger from MPs and patient pressure groups, with one MP describing social workers as 'dictators who are unaccountable and out of control'..."
Child Taken From Womb by Caesarean Then Put Into Care (30 November 2013)
"A pregnant woman has had her baby forcibly removed by caesarean section prior to the child being taken into care. Mid-Essex NHS Trust obtained a Court of Protection order against the woman that allowed her to be forcibly sedated and her child to be taken from her womb. Essex social services obtained an interim care order as soon as the baby was born..."
Baby Forcibly Removed by Caesarean and Taken Into Care (30 November 2013)
"A mother was given a caesarean section while unconscious - then social services put her baby into care. The mother was not allowed to see her baby daughter, and later learn that a High Court judge, Mr Justice Mostyn, had given an NHS Trust permission to arrange for the child to be delivered..."
The 'Wrong' Sort of Indoctrination (For the Left) (27 November 2012)
"[T]wo [recent] cases suggest that within the social work world, whether state funded or charitable, UKIP have been placed on some sort of black list. This is positively sinister because once agents of the state, whether directly employed or subcontracted labour in organisations such as charities, are allowed to make political judgements in their work anything potentially goes, including the imposition of blanket bans on those belonging to parties deemed not to be within the ideological Pale of the public servant or organisation..."
Rotherham: Who Wins? Political Correctness or Love? (26 November 2012)
"The head of the [Social Services] department, Ms Thacker, has removed children from the foster parents care without any investigation or prior consultation with the foster parents but purely on a tip-off by a nark that they belonged to UKIP. Ms Thacker has a bit of form..."
It's Not This Family Who Are Bigots - It's the Multicultural Thought Police (26 November 2012)
"The story sounds just too idiotic and outrageous to be true. A Rotherham couple, by all accounts exemplary foster parents for nearly seven years, took on two children and a baby in an emergency placement. Eight weeks later, social workers came and took the children away - despite the fact that they were thriving - on the grounds that because the couple belonged to the UK Independence Party this was not 'the right cultural match'..."
Rotherham, Hislop, Common Purpose (25 November 2012)
"Perhaps the least surprising aspect of the Rotherham childcare story is that Car Crash Commissar and Child Catcher in Chief Joyce Thacker was a member of Common Purpose..."
"There is no doubt that the children removed from the foster care of a UKIP supporting couple are just the latest victims of the culture war being waged by so-called 'progressives'. Marxists and Fabians have long waged war on the traditional family since the days of [H.G. Wells] when he wrote in Socialism and the Family that socialism:..."
Foster Parents 'Stigmatised and Slandered for Being Members of UKIP (23 November 2012)
"[E]ight weeks into the placement, they received a visit out of the blue from the children's social worker at the Labour-run council and an official from their fostering agency. They were told that the local safeguarding children team had received an anonymous tip-off that they were members of Ukip. ... The boy was taken away from them the following day ad the two girls were removed at the end of that week..."

'We Decide Where You Eat' - Social Workers Love a Petty Power Trip (12 October 2013)
"Now the grandmother, ... is having an equally bizarre argument with the boy's social worker over how the two of them should spend three hours of the 25 hours of 'contact' they are allowed each year. ... How on earth could we have created a system which allows a little jobsworth social worker to throw his weight around in this absurdly dehumanised way, which makes a complete mockery of the claim that the system's only concern is to pot 'the interests of the child' first?..."
Don't Ask Your Grandson How His Jaw Got Broken, Say Social Workers (01 September 2012)
"A chilling recent episode exemplifies what, to an outsider, is yet another shocking feature of our state 'child protection' system. This is the ruthless way in which, when children are taken into care, social workers try to drive a wedge between their new charges and members of their families who have done them no harm and are closer to them than anyone else in the world. Last month, an 11-year-old-boy was taken to the seaside by his foster carer. There he was attacked on the beach by a gang of teenagers..."
Man Wins Compensation After Recording Saves Him From Prison (30 June 2012)
"A Hackney man has been given compensation after a secret recording saved him a prison sentence when social workers falsely accused him of criminal conduct..."
It's A Worry (28 June 2012)
"'It's a worry'... you may have noticed now and again that the good people of the BBC often, inadvertently perhaps, come out with this phrase when the discussion gets around to the EDL presence on our streets. It's not a worry that we have Islamic terrorists or terrorist 'sympathisers' walking the same streets... that's celebrating diversity or some such nonsense from the idiotic chattering classes that populate the corridors of the BBC. What is a real worry might be this story. This is a story that would be a parent's worst nightmare, a story that you would believe could only have come out of Stalinist Russia or North Korea. But it is happening here in the UK..."
Punished for Supporting the EDL? (21 June 2012)
"'You hear the things the social workers say, and you just bang your head against a brick wall and think, 'Am I actually hearing this? Is this real?'..."
Multi-Culti Child Snatching (18 June 2012)
"Multicultural Britain is becoming an ever more sinister country in which to live. I am pretty much immune to the totalitarian ideology of multiculturalism, but having said that, even I must confess to being shocked that the British state can now kidnap babies and children simply because their parents question the dictatorial and wholly unnatural orthodoxy of the ruling elites..."
The Torture of the Breaking Family Unit (10 January 2012)
"The agony of the family separating was indescribable torture. The children were given contact with us twice a week at our family home for 1.5 hours. We were always under visual supervision, with other 'specialists' there observing us and our interaction with the children. Constantly writing down what they wanted to see as if we were rats in an experimental cage ... All physical contact with the children was banned ... Every visit ended in tears and great distress for the children, pleading to stay, pleading to come back to their home and Mum and Dad ... and social services revelled in this destruction. They then started actively to break our marriage up..."
Social Services Deliberate Destruction of a Family (12 December 2011)
"The first you know anything is really up, is when you arrive home from your normal activities, to find 2 social workers with 3 police waiting to ambush you. You are told that there are complaints about you, resulting in concerns of risk to your children, and the court have issued an Emergency Protection Order, a 3 day order to remove the children while investigation occurs. Your distraught children are forcibly removed, just taken, and driven away ... The inhumanity of this act alone is criminal, but of course part of the strategy..."
Families Are Torn Apart, But Others Are Free to Kill (10 August 2013)
"Incomprehensibly, [this man's] other children were also then taken into care and his ex-wife was charged with 'failing to protect' the older girl, ... within two weeks of her arrest, the social workers were already drawing up a plan for them to be adopted. Contact with her children has steadily dwindled, although the girls ... are apparently miserable and baffled as to why they cannot return home to France. Now the council is asking the courts for all contact with their mother to be stopped. So one family is torn apart because a teacher misinterpreted one trivial incident..."
A Mother on a Visit to the UK Loses Three Children to Social Workers (11 February 2012)
"[A] French mother ... came to England last November with her three young daughters, for a brief visit to their father, from whom she is amicably separated. He lives with his 10-year-old daughter from a previous relationship. [While] cutting his eldest daughter's hair [the father] accidentally cut her head slightly, drawing blood, which was noticed when she arrived at school. ... with the result that social workers arrived to take her into care. The father was arrested and charged with 'assault, neglect and ill-treatment.'..."
Child Protection System Tears Two More Families Apart (16 July 2011)
"The latest official figures show that the number of children being taken into care by social workers (now averaging more than 800 a month) has soared in the past two years by 41%, to its highest ever level. In many cases, it seems that children are torn from their parents for no good reason, to such an extent that this has become one of the most disturbing scandals in our country today. One of the many startling features of this system is the remarkably casual grounds often given by social workers for seizing children in the first place, and the peculiar methods then used to justify their actions. Two new cases I have lately been following each began with a trivial incident which was then wildly misrepresented..."
"Vicky Haigh ... recently fled to Ireland to prevent Nottinghamshire social services seizing her expected baby. ... Nottinghamshire social services ... wrote to their Irish counterparts, asking for a joint case conference to discuss baby Sapphire's future. The Irish social workers, who know Miss Haigh and the baby well, replied that they could see no need for such a meeting. Nottinghamshire pleaded with them at least to hold a case conference on their own. Again the Irish replied that ... they saw no reason to intervene. As Miss Haigh has often commented, 'the Irish social workers are lovely people, quite different from any of those I have encountered in England'."
The Stealing of Baby Harley (09 March 2011)
"This is the statement of truth of Pat Johnston, and the following forms my true testimony of events which I personally witnessed on the night of 6.3.2011 in Ammanford Police Station South Wales. These are contemporaneous notes which were made as soon as possible after the events took place and within 24 hours..."
"[A] 17-year-old girl, five months pregnant, ... fled to Ireland with her parents, after receiving a letter from a social worker she had never met to say her baby would be seized the moment it was born. After the birth, all seemed to go well, despite relentless efforts by the English social workers to persuade their Irish counterparts to return the baby to England. ... But eventually the family's savings ran out..."
Couple Flee to Save Their Unborn Baby From Social Workers (07 November 2009)
"A heavily pregnant woman and her fiancee have gone on the run after social workers threatened to take away their baby at birth. [They] had been told that she was not bright enough to raise their child and that they would have to give him up. it was another blow for the couple, whose wedding this year was halted just 48 hours before the ceremony in a row over whether Miss Robertson was intelligent enough to marry..."
"Two young brothers face adoption by a gay [sic] couple despite the desperate protests of their mother, grandparents and extended family. The grandparents, an aunt and an uncle have all offered to give the boys, aged six and nine, a loving home but they say social workers have turned them down without explanation..."
We Show Tolerance to 'Gays' and get Tyranny in Return (02 February 2009)
"We are forced to say that we think homosexuality is a good thing, that homosexuals are equal in all ways to heterosexual married couples. Most emphatically, we are compelled to agree that homosexual couples are just as good at bringing up children as the children's own grandparents. Better, in fact..."
"'We thought it was our duty as grandparents [to take in the children]' ... Duty has become a forgotten word in Britain today, and one, it seems, on which Edinburgh social services places little value. ... 'they told me it was selfish wanting to look after the children. How can it be selfish to want to look after your own family?'..."
Council Standing Firm as Calls Grow For Gay [sic] Adoption Probe (31 January 2009)
"The city council is resisting growing demands for an inquiry into its decision to allow a gay [sic] couple to adopt two city children against their grandparents' wishes. ... The grandparents say they were told they must change their attitude and support the decision to place the children with a gay [sic] couple or never see the five-year-old boy and four-year-old girl again..."
Edinburgh Council May Be Probed Over Gay Adoption (30 January 2009)
"Edinburgh City Council may face an inquiry over the decision to place two small children for adoption with a gay [sic] couple against their family's wishes. Social workers rejected the protests of the children's grandparents, telling them to accept the decision or lose access to the four-year-old girl and five-year-old boy..."
"Social worker Heather Rush allegedly told the two children's grandparents that they will have no more contact after speaking out..."
What Kind of Selfish Couple Would Want to Adopt These 'Stolen' Children? (30 January 2009)
"In Edinburgh, a five year-year-old boy and his four-year-old sister are snatched from their grandparents and given to a gay [sic] couple and there's barely a peep outside the pages of the Daily Mail. ... [T]his story emerged in the week in which details were revealed of the millions spent in the search for little Maddie McCann, who was abducted almost two years ago and is still missing. On the face of it, the cases have nothing in common. But stolen children are at the heart of both..."
Enough Is Enough: Will You be Counted and Act Today? (30 January 2009)
"How did we ever reach this stage in our society? ... There are countless such stories in the UK, ... The power of the state is truly scary, and frankly once on Social Services radar it seems no parent is safe from having their children taken away from them and put in care. ... I suggest a massive letter writing campaign drawing attention to this tragic case might well provoke a reaction and intervention from the government, but only if enough people write Gordon Brown and his government..."

"Do social workers have grandparents? One is bound to ask this question when you hear of cases like that of this Edinburgh couple aged 46 and 59 respectively..."
"When homosexuality was legalised back in 1967, writes Melanie Phillips, did anyone dream that some four decades on a British grandmother and grandfather wanting to adopt their own grandchildren would be refused permission and the children adopted instead by two gay men?...
Social Services Prefer Gays [sic] to Grandparents (28 January 2009)
"The decision by Edinburgh Social Services to take two small children from their grandparents and have them adopted by a pair of homosexuals was today criticised by Christian Voice. ... Social Services talk about the 'best interests of the children', but it is their interests and the interests of political correctness they are more worried about. It will rarely be in the best interests of children to be ripped from a loving, competent family and it will never be in their best interests to be placed with a pair of homosexuals rather than a heterosexual couple. It is hard to avoid the adjective 'evil' when discussing a case of this kind, or when reading about the kind of conduct these social workers have employed..."
"Because he was a man and a soldier ... [this man] was [social services] said, more likely to be of a violent disposition, and therefore more capable of abusing his baby son, ... It is a sad and worrying saga - and one that seems to be becoming all too familiar - of overzealous social workers acting on a flimsy diagnosis and ultimately tearing an innocent family apart..."

Don't Let Them Rewrite the Cleveland Debacle (26 November 2012)
"In retrospect, it is suggested, the move in recent years towards intrusive policing of family life, and in particular working-class family life, was a positive and enlightened development. Incredibly, the re-evaluation of the policing of the family as an enlightened thing has included attempts to rehabilitate the long-discredited Cleveland child-abuse scandal of 1987, when 121 children were removed by social workers in Middlesbrough on the grounds that their parents had abused them. That scandal was closely followed by allegations of child-abuse rings in Rochdale and Orkney in 1990. In each case, the vast majority of the allegations were found to be false..."
The Women Who Went Through an Ordeal Beyond Belief (24 February 2007)
"Pretty and fashionably dressed, the two young sisters look the very embodiment of confident modern womanhood. In fact, Lindsey and Paula's lives have been almost too shocking to comprehend. For these are the two girls who were at the centre of the Cleveland child abuse controversy that rocked Britain exactly 20 years ago..."
Cleveland Scandal - 20 Years On (20 February 2007)
"Some of those caught up in the Cleveland Child Abuse Scandal 20 years ago speak out for the first time. Reporter Graeme Hetherington follows the stories of one of the many families devastated by the false accusations, a vociferous opponent of the medical establishment, a social services worker at the centre of the storm, and a leading medical officer brought in to try to resolve the child sex abuse crisis..."
